Portus a well known boat with character and solid reliability. This boat has not only been a personal favourite but ask anyone, it is a stalwart. A 45ft Cruiser Stern narrow boat with great character located at Reedley Marina, Burnley on Leeds Liverpool canal and moorings available too via the marina. This boat has 6 feet headroom and a double bedroom at the rear, bathroom with full length show, sink and pump out toilet system. Galley kitchen with full size gas cooker with 4 hobs grill and oven (bottom storage glass needs replacing), sink and drainer, 12v fridge with freezer draw. Lounge area has a real fuel squirrel stove recently refurbished, 2 6ft x 2ft bench seats (single beds) with brand new upholstry, wall mounted 32″ 240v TV DVD player and new black out curtains throughout. We have recently fitted new leisure batteries and a 1200 Victron invertor charger. Canal Line 38 engine and Engine Plus Hydraulic gearbox both with less than 3500hrs. There is a brand new catch cover on the bow designed, built and fitted by Amtrim. The engine is a canal line with less than 4000hrs and a hydraulic gearbox. There are still a couple of jobs to do but this boat won’t be for sale long!
