This engine has never let me down and is worth quite a bit on its own
Mikuni diesel heater system (needs a new gas pump for it to work but will work once fixed this issue)
Blacking, pitting and over plating completed in 2020 so is due to be completed this summer
New flooring was laid out last year but the under flooring does need TLC – as with any boat you will buy, there will be projects that need completing. I have a survey from 2020 but without ultrasound, I’m unfortunately not able to complete the ultrasound as I have had health issues for the past 4 years despite living on this lovely boat and need to move off of it, and I have no money to complete the ultrasound.
P&S Marina can accommodate with ultrasound etc if you choose to purchase her.
New laminate flooring throughout the boat was completed in 2022 and makes the boat dreamy ( I also have a brand new pack of this flooring as spare that I will leave)

Everything on this boat is in fully working condition but there is work as I said, that needs to be completed on the under flooring, I haven’t checked it and so I’m not sure what condition it is in, I believe it might be rusty underneath and maybe need new supporting beams but as I am standing on them, they seem very very sturdy and the person I bought it from said they replaced two of the beams before I bought it.
I would suggest an ultrasound.
There is a system in place for a pump out toilet, should you wish to have a pump out toilet as opposed to an elsan.
The mooring fees are approximately 200 per month and you have to move roughly a mile, every 2-3 weeks in one direction.
It has BSS certification until next year and insurance until 06/05/2024.
The license is running out this month but it depends where you would like to take her, the river only license is cheaper than the central London fees.
Canopy at the front of the boat, no drainage underneath so canopy has to stay on at all times in dire weather (comes off during summer)
300 liter water tank at the front of the boat
I have a brand new kitchen counter work top to be fitted currently.
Absolutely love this life but it is the time to sell and focus on my health and support myself from this sale.
