She is about 85% complete with just a handful of small jobs left, due to work & lockdown we’ve struggled to get the last few bit completed and get here in the water & we are now looking to leave the country so are looking for a quick sale.Jobs Left include – – Adding Expansion tank in to system- Requires BSC- Final Ballasting once in water- Aft Cabin Storage room is not finished- Outside Cabin tops could do with a repaint the hull is fine.We purchased her in 2018 and ripped out most of the interior. We’ve fully remodelled the whole boat, and have placed new insulation from the gunnels up. The Bathroom has been fully rebuilt and features a corner shower, macerator toilet, vanity and is fully tiled. We didn’t want any gas or fire onboard so she’s been set up to run off of electric and diesel but the original gas lines are still in if you wanted to switch over and the chimney hole is still welded in.The bedroom has a memory foam small double with the water tank underneath leading into a walk in wardrobe.All welds below the water line were ground out and fully rewelded due to bad welds from the builder and she has been sprayed with a 2 pack epoxy. New anodes have been added. We’ve also had a new bulkhead installed behind the bow thruster as there was one missing.
