The chance to own a luxurious, well-thought-out, homely boat with some really high-spec features. It is a dream to live on and with radiators throughout it is toasty in winter too!I have priced it in the £80,000 region for a prompt sale. The only reason I’m selling is that I’ve saved enough money through boating to buy a house! I would be happy to provide any additional information or photos and answer other specific questions. I’m also happy to prepare a detailed handover document covering all aspects of the boat including contacts if you would find that useful.

Overview:Colomenod is a light, spacious, two bedroom widebeam with a cosy cottage feel.It has a whole host of recent high-spec replacements and upgrades meaning that it is ready to move straight into. All key aspects of living have been addressed so all the fundamentals of the boat are sound and it is very easy to monitor and maintain. There are radiators in every room of the boat and the large solar panel and battery setup means that you are warm all year round. That said, there is also definitely room to increase the boat’s value with further upgrades and renovation.Recent major additions include: new bathroom; new 3kW Victron inverter, solar charge controller, 1200W of solar panels and 580Ah of Rolls leisure batteries; external and internal repaint; new programmable diesel heating system fitted and additional large 2kW radiator installed in the lounge; new toilet tank; new high-spec washing machine; new sofa (double sofa bed), new 12V fridge freezer; new iron ballast and custom-built storage throughout. The boat also comes with a new handmade solid-wood rowing boat (stored on the roof).
