Our 57ft live aboard has been a great experience for us in our early 20’s the boat is spacious has a large water tank full 230v electrical system as well as a 12v system. the pluming has been done for 2 sinks, a toilet and a shower. We had a 30l electric heater for our hot water which worked great. The boat has a large decking area where you can sit a long shaft outboard. The boat needs a good paint on the inside and the bathroom finishing off we have a lot of the marble cladding left over as well as many floor tiles. the boat has its BSS Cert for the next 4yrs. Hull was blacked last yr .The boat is well insolated with spray insolation the boat was converted to a house boat in 2007 by alchemy boat builders. The windows have privacy film and are double glazing as far as I’m aware. There is room for a fire stove to be fitted where one was previously. this boat is a project that you can live on great alternative to living in a house.
