Stunning Powles 38 foot flybridge yacht.Listed on a classified advert…. not auction.  If you are reading this, she is for sale.  Will only be removed from sale with a deposit.Current hard standing fees are now paid until the end of the year, was looking to sell this soon due to relocation, but decided to not rush the process.2 x Ford Mermaid Turbo diesel engines, over 200 bhp each, fully refurbished 6 years ago and hardly any hours since, look at the pictures!  You can see for yourself.  Had a full service earlier this year with new belts, alternators and much more.  No expense spared.The boat has been fully prepared for this season, but is still on hardstanding in Kent.  Antifouling completed by professional company using international antifoul, props protected with Seajet prop antifoul.  Everything used on the boat is high quality.Teak decks and all exterior woodwork was varnished last month. The boat is pretty much ready to go back in the water, but left on hardstanding to allow inspection or surveys to be carried out.  It costs £200 to have her craned back in, and hardstanding fees are around £180 per month.  Current location is Kent.Comes with blue screen covers, also matching blue canvas covers for windows and rear dec area.  Curtains for interior are all ready to go back in as well.  She comes with quite a few extras and accessories all included in the price.4 berths in total.The master aft cabin bedroom with double bed and hardwood cupboards and wardrobes also has its own entrance suite bathroom.Forward cabin has 2 single beds and plenty of storage too.Lounge area with indoor helm, fully equipped with VHF radio, depth gauges and much more.  Its fully renovated and a stunning place to relax and entertain guests. A settee of your choice needs to be fitted and floor covering, either carpet or something of your choice. Kitchen is all functional, sink, hot and cold water, sink, hob, fridge and microwave.  I was intending to renew most of these items in the near future, but have not got around to it due to work commitments.  But its all useable and functional.  I just wanted to make it more luxurious!  Bathroom with shower and basin opposite the kitchen, and another en suite bathroom in the master bedroom.  Both bathrooms are fully functional but require some finishing, but 95% finished.Also has blown air heating, via 2 newly fitted diesel heaters that warm all the boat, including the bedrooms.  New hot water heater also fitted.  It’s cosy all year round and not cold at all, even in the height of winter.Flybridge is also fully functional and useable, but there is some finishing touches you may want to carry out.Electric Anchor fitted, depth and speed gauges, fully equipped helm.  She is a very sea capable yacht, however the new anodes fitted last week are for river use.  So depending where you want to use her, these may need to be changed.  But they are brand new anodes.12v and 240v lighting, 240v heavy duty inverter also installed by sterling products, again not cheap!  Has had over £20,000 spent in the last 12 months, and probably double that in the last 3 years.  Not been used very much at all since all the work has been done.Previously owned by a Navy admiral and then a Doctor.  Its been very well looked after all its life with masses of paperwork and receipts since new.  All engine manuals and official ship registration documents are with the boat.All in all, this is simply stunning.  There is some minor work to complete, but its priced accordingly and there is not much to be done.  Mainly a few cosmetic finishing touches, but it is ready to use.These Powles 38 boats are rare, only 41 were ever made.  And this one was very highly spec’d from new.
