I,m selling my lovely little project boat called “The Crafty Sailor” as I’ve moved onto a larger project that needs more of my attention and can no longer juggle the boats and a young baby. I bought the boat a few years ago to do up and use as my art studio/ a space to run workshops from, but life had other plans and after doing all the dirty work of clearing out, removing and treating all the rust. Painting all the inside, battening and insulating most of the inside I found out I was pregnant and she became my floating shed!As mentioned in the condition section she had to be over plated, this is due to the fact she is a rescued sunk boat because of this there isn’t much history on her. ‘4 all marine’ did an excellent job with the over plating and they also put in a reconditioned raw water cooled yanmar engine at the time of purchase. I also replace the gear box and recently put in a new starter motor, she starts first time.I have lots of photos of all the work I’ve done to her which I’m happy to share, and with not too much more work she will make someone a brilliant project and hopefully home, holiday boat or even floating studio space.I’m hoping for a quick sale as I’ve recently taken a mooring on my new boat, and am more than happy to answer your questions please feel free to DM me.
