We are selling our unique boutique scaled up VW Transporter Splitscreen one of a kind house boat.
She is a 26ft jewellery box, with beautiful new fit out ready live on board.
She is very spacious inside with 8ft beam all along.
We bought this boat as an empty shell and turned her into a bespoke boutique vessel with delicate touches like full oak wheelhouse and a massive bubble skylight in the living area.
We cannot express how much love we built into her. She has all the mod cons like blown air central heating, hot water, new shower room, u shape settee which turns into a double bed, 230V sockets, USB sockets, 3000 Watt pure sine wave inverter, automatic battery charger, led lighting etc…
She is an absolute pleasure to drive, the super economical 4 cylinder Peugeot/ Vetus diesel engine pushes is her with ease and there is a powerful Bowthruster to help you to moor or turn in tight places.
The Layout:
There is a fully enclosed hardwood wheelhouse with bifold windows in the back with two seats on both sides of the lit up engine room.In the cabin there is a good size bespoke kitchen unit with lots of storage, running hot and cold water and an induction hob. Opposite the kitchen unit you can find a shower room with a new chemical toilet.
In the bow of the boat the U-shape built-in sofa has been designed to maximise space and comfort and perfect for entertaining guests on board.
There is multiple use fold down breakfast bar with matching style high chairs.
