Emilia is a well looked after Dutch Barge looking for a new owner, she’s beautifully designed to give a massive amount of internal and external space considering her diminutive length.
At 35 feet she can moor and turn anywhere (no cruising for miles to find a turning point). As well as the main cabin which has twin v berth beds in the front and a dining table that converts into a double, there is a lovely rear bedroom and wheelhouse.
The top deck provides an ideal seating area to enjoy drinks and water views with your friends. There is a cassette toilet and a delightful kitchenette. All the windows in the main cabin are double glazed.
Power is provided by a Vetus engine, in great condition, and the bow thruster makes cruising and turning a doddle, (especially important if this is your first boat). Emilia can be lifted out of the water for your inspection or survey. The ultrasound readings we have taken show that the hull was originally built from 6mm riveted steel and a there are sections where an extra 3mm plate has been added.
She was blacked and new anodes were attached on 20th September 2021.
