Riveted iron Hull, fully restored with Hull survey by Hirst boat builders, Knottingley. Blacked in three coats of two part epoxy resin.
Previously horse drawn, now converted with rudder, propeller and stern gear in place.
Petter 4 cylinder diesel engine with alternator, Jabsco water pump, and cooling pipes installed beneath the water.
Steel cabin, partially insulated with Kingspan. Side doors and sliding hatches. Fully battened throughout.

240v hook up and consumer unit installed
Large under deck, lockable storage area.
Also included: Fuel tank, Morse controller, 6Kw electric start diesel generator, paloma water heater, plumbing equipment, fresh water diaphragm pump, 12v electric cable, portaloo, calor gas line and fittings, welding and cutting tools, building materials, including enough scaffold planks to finish the partially lined floor, and internal doors.
