The multi-fuel stove with back-boiler has been removed, but all the plumbing remains to connect to the radiators in the rear cabin. Installing a new stove and connecting back up would be a straightforward job.
The gas boiler also has all the plumbing in place for the sink and shower, so a replacement boiler would be easy, connecting to the existing pipes.
