It has various marks and scratches consistent with use.An ideal winter project.Comes on a good solid trailer with winch but no handle. No mudguards but these are cheap to buy on Ebay. The engine is a 4hp Evinrude two stroke. It is a pull start with one forward gear. No reverse. Year is unknown. It has various scratches and marks on it.
