THIS IS BACK ON THE MARKET AFTER I WITHDREW IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, THINKING THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE ENGINE WHEN I TESTED IT BEFORE SALE. THERE WASN’T; IT WAS JUST A DODGY HT LEAD. SORTED!!I’m still selling my trusted Open dory 15ft fishing boat package. The hull is very stable cathedral style and is very comfortable to fish from. I put the power trim/tilt Mercury 40hp efi low emission engine on brand new about 4 years ago and have just done its first 20 hour service (engine & gearbox oil, filters, plugs, impeller, etc.). Runs like a dream and is perfectly matched to the hull.The boat is on a strong roller trailer which I would trust on any journey.While the engine is virtually ‘as new’, the boat and trailer are a bit tatty (well used!). I prefer to describe them as operational rather than decorational.I’ve had a lot of fun and good fishing from this package and there’s still a lot more fun for someone to have, but for me it’s time to move on.Could possibly deliver fairly locally, at a push, but would prefer collection.
