This is a very pretty Little Boat and seaworthyThe hull is in very good conditionThe wheelhouse is sound but needs paintingBut it’s very pretty down below and well fitted out for comfortable cruising there is a new toilet to fit all new seacocks the engine has had new heat exchanger water pump there is a new prop shaft with flexible coupling That is a heater on board that these new blown air heating ducting to Wheelhouse and cabins the heater needs connecting to power and fuel The engine has been overhauled with new heat exchanger raw water pump new shaft from Gearbox with new flexible coupling and new cutlass bearing too large doors to the stern Open up the whole area to the deck the aft deck floor could do with renewing a simple plywood job water the tanks need fitting there is no cooker included more photos to follow can be viewed in Ipswich The boat is out of the water at the moment on hardstandingBerth paid for until jan 2025I do not know if this is Transferable to a new ownerEmily is on the hard in the cradle moment and can be launched or transported by crane
