Dejon 14 boat with road trailer.
I won the auction for this boat last week and at the same time I won another auction (A better boat) so sadly this one has to go.
I have given it a basic clean and dried it out, painted a few of the scabby areas to make it presentable and put it on a good trailer to make it transportable.
It has had repairs in the past but judging from the amount of water on board when I collected it, it must be fully watertight
Inside it could do with a really good clean but it is not bad condition, repair needed to l/h buoyancy tank top (a small square of ply would do) remains of cable steering gear are in place
Two of the windows are ok the third has a really lazy repair. a piece of acrylic has been screwed over the opening without any shaping. The original window rubber is in the cabin so could be utilised to make a good job
The boat could be used immediately and uplifted as a “work in progress” while being used
the outside area could do with a clean and polish (T Cut etc) and ultimately a repaint but if you are not bothered with cosmetics it is fine and functional as is
The trailer is in good condition, it tows perfectly, it has new bearings and runs smoothly and it towed really well when I collected the boat on it, all the rollers turn properly and it will fit the boat perfectly with a little adjustment of the bunks.
This is far from a new boat but it is fully usable and ideal for a wide range of activities, fishing, cruising etc etc, comes with a new jockey wheel new mudguards and a usable spare wheel
Will come secured to trailer with ratchet strap and fully working light board.
No engine supplied but I have a couple of options available by separate negotiation
