Fast Fishing Open Family Day Boat Honda 50hp & Roller Coaster Trailer

Hansvik 550 Prof, 5.5 metre/18ft fast fishing open family day boat.  With Honda 50hp four stroke electric start power trim tilt, sitting on a indispension roller coaster trailer. All purchased brand new in November 2017.  Professionally fitted up by Osmotech & Signature Marine Ltd down at The Hamble. Fit up using brand new Honda gauges (rev counter and trim/tilt) and wiring loom, Honda throttle/gear lever, Honda Fuel tank with sight gauge, new throttle and gear lever cables, new hydraulic steering hose and rams, new heavy duty oversized battery and battery box, fitted behind the centre consul is a fire extinguisher. The engine is the latest Honda 50 hp four stroke electric start with power trim and tilt and has a charging system, the engine is fitted with a new uprated Honda stainless steel propeller. The engine is fitted with a quick connect flush out port. The engine was professionally fitted and set up, and transom modified to ensure correct positioning of the propeller to keel. We have taken the boat out and used her five times, estimating no more use than 5 hours each time? So no more than 50 hours maximum on the engine, probably nowhere near that? The boat is made by a Norwegian firm called Hansvik, she is 5.5mtrs/18ft in length, she has a centre consul with a spacious walk around deck, faux clinker style hull, high freeboard (rated to category C) with a self draining deck. The boats were designed as rugged sea worthy capable and safe Norwegian hire fishing boats. They were designed if they filled up with snow, when the snow melts, it drains straight out the back. The advantage of this is obviously if it rains, you do not need a bilge to pump her out, or you do not need to cover her up. There are two seats mounted at the helm,on a self draining stowage box, which tips forward to gain access to the 25 litre removable Honda fuel tank with sight gauge, and plenty enough storage for a large spare fuel tank and ancillaries. There is further seating, a bench up at the bow and a further bench seat midships in front of the windscreen built into the centre consul. She has large under floor stowage, gaining access through two hatches on the deck forward and rear. These are below the water line, so has a manual bilge pump (which is new and uprated). We have fitted a brand new  Excite “T” Top. This is made from high grade aluminium, has two grab handles each side, a black uv proof canvas roof. The whole frame easily tips/folds down for stowage and transport.  This is of high quality, very sturdy and rigid, provides sun and rain protection and gives the boat quite a sporty look. The boat has been rewired using heavy duty waterproof switches, heavy duty waterproof (Rubberlite) junction box, uprated L.E.D. navigation lights, waterproof USB charging socket, to keep your phone / navigation charged up. There is one main heavy duty waterproof master switch under the floor by the new battery box, and a second heavy duty waterproof switch up on the dashboard controlling the nav lights and usb charging port. All wiring joints have been soldered and shrink wrapped. There is a stainless steel folding boarding ladder on the transom, I have fitted two stainless steel tow hooks, one each side of the transom, with large spreader plates behind, for towing inflatable toys, skiers etc. There are full length stainless hand rails on both sides of the boat, with four Dutch style stainless mooring cleats, one in each corner. There is a bow locker containing a galvanised grappling anchor and rope, connected to a stainless steel fixing bracket. There is a small glove box on the dashboard. The centre consul has a fairly large wrap around windscreen surrounded by a stainless steel hoop. To the rear, mounted on the inside of the transom is a stainless steel fishing rods holder.  The boat sits on, again purchased new November last year, an indispension roller coaster trailer. This is fitted with a hand winch, which I have just replaced the winch strap and hook for new heavy duty ones. I have also just replaced the wheel bearings for uprated items and re-greased with waterproof grease. Mounted on the back is a new led lighting number plate board. The boat is held down to the trailer with new custom made ratchet straps and protective sleeves. The boat is easily launched and retrieved single handed.  The boat comes with a set of new good quality versatile water skis, an inflatable tow toy (Ringo), tow rope, life ring, fire extinguisher, mooring fenders, handling/mooring rope, led number plate lighting board and orange propeller transport bag, galvanised grappling anchor and rope.  We have used her on The Thames for three day cruises and have taken her out to sea, once from The Hamble over to Cowes and once from Poole Harbour out to Studland and spent the day towing toys, water skiing and fishing.  This boat is very stable, easy to sail and handle, gets up on plane quickly.
