BOAT: bought about 14 years ago from a guy who fished Portsmouth Harbour. Fibreglass, approx. 11ft (fits in garage), wired for a 12V leisure battery (not in auction) to run lights. I intended to paint it and started to fill cracks in outer gel coat (not compromising hull in any way) but never finished as having too much fun on Thames & Poole Harbour. Kids & friends enjoyed playing on Thames as boat is light and easily controlled. Been garaged for last 8 years. Could do with a lick of paint and light sanding to remove pink streaks of filler (see pics) or just get out and enjoy.
TRAILER: about 6 years ago my old trailer was outside garage for painting when scumbags stole it. I bought this trailer from a boatyard who had used it once from new to bring a boat up from the Coast. It’s still pretty much new as I put the boat on it and it’s never been out of my garage since and has never seen water while I’ve owned it.
OUTBOARD: SUZUKI 2.5HP 4 Stroke – probably the same scumbags broke into my garage 5 years ago and stole my outboard. I bought this one when nearly new but have never used it and again it’s never seen water while I’ve owned it apart from occasional very short runs in a bucket of water to keep oiled.
SPARES: 2 anchors, 3 buoyancy aids, 2 fenders, 2 oars, bilge pump, air horn, boat hook, waterproof cushion, spare wheel for trailer.
