History
The craft is
aptly named “Cariad” which is Welsh for Love or Sweet One & has been owned
by only two considerate owners since its original purchase, but underwent a new
engine, steering & control gear up-grade in the last five or so years &
more recently has had its instrumentation, ancillaries & navigation up-grade
that’s brought it into the 21st Century for safety, comfort &
sport fishing. The original owner was a
retired Doctor who unfortunately is no longer with us & I use to crew this
craft well before I acquired it from his estate, in fact I have dealt with
vessel for over 15 years. Remember that
both Orkney & Honda have reputations for robustness & reliability with
a lesser type of specification costing in excess of £30,000, as per a July 2017
