‘Avail’, 1963, is a 40ft converted fishing trawler.
Constructed out of oak frame and larch planks, with a working gardener 6 LX engine and gear box which is keel cooled. Engine is in perfect working order, starts immediately and runs well and has been to sea in 2018
She was fully surveyed in 2007 and was professionally corked in 2007.
The craft comes with a large inventory (receipts and surveys included etc) including fully fitted kitchen, working heads with sink and shower. The cabin was new in 2008 and cost approx £9K.
Moored in Douglas harbour, Isle of Man.
