Shetland 536 cabin boat/fishing boat Project, Sale is for boat only, NO ENGINE, NO TRAILER, NO ENGINE CONTROLS.
The boat has stood unused for a couple of years and it needs new floorboards laid in the cockpit area.( literally just lay the boards and fix them down and go out fishing. The hull condition is good and the gelcoat still has a shine and with with a little elbow grease, the gel coat will regain its full shine.
Bunks are fitted in the front cabin but will need new cushions fitted.
bow pulpit fitted and in good condition.
Several hand rails fitted.
Nearly new fitted cockpit cover in heavy duty material.
Spray screen fitted to protect the captain and crew from flying spray.
Cabin door fitted
Deep cockpit, so safe for small kids.

Original fittings include all cleats and the fairlead and are in working condition..
Ventilation hatch fitted to allow access to the fore deck to moor, or anchor up.
The perspex windows are all fitted, they are nearly new and the clarity and condition of the perspex is very good.
Lots of storage under the bow for fender/ropes and personal stuff.
Transom has been raised slightly and is reinforced with a s/steel plate.
