This rib is the Falcon Sport 400S model with a deluxe jockey console with separate fuel/battery compartment and backrest and with a great amount of room and storage, a really great family rib. It’s rated for 6 people making it a wonderful sports rib for diving, wakeboarding, watersports or great for bay hopping with a family with all the gear. This rib is surprisingly quick with its EFI outboard, plenty of power for a family keen on watersports. With a maximum of 6 passengers this 400 Falcon rib has a payload rating of 700KG. It also has four davit lifting D rings making this ideal, and a very popular motor yacht tender. Brig ribs are very highly regarded, these boats were designed to be tough and withstand Brig’s rigorous safety tests. The hull section is very strong with a thick grp double skin and four chamber half meter diameter tubes making this boat a very capable boat for almost any conditions. This is probably the most ideal size of RIB for sport and family fun as it is easily manageable single handed, cheap to run, a fantastic sea boat that gives you a really safe feeling with young family and can be stored in a standard garage. The rib is Cat C rated. Category C definition – Inshore: Designed for voyages in coastal waters, large bays, estuaries, lakes and rivers where conditions up to, and including, wind force 6 and significant wave heights up to, and including, 2m may be experienced. 2008 Brig Falcon Sport RIB The deck is in very good condition and the console grp is unmarked which has been fitted with a quality Ultraflex sport steering wheel. There is a faint inch long mark on the seat which may well come out with a cleaning product. There is a bow cushion included. The hull is in very good condition with no impact marks and has been polished not antifouled.
