Rest assured this is a very safe very reliable rib that won’t let you down in any conditions. It is also very fuel efficient, quiet being a four stroke
and as it’s fuel injected, powerful with excellent acceleration and top speed. Ideal for one or two families as it is rated for 9 adults or as a superb club safety, rescue or chase boat. There is loads of deck space on this 5M rib, great for family watersports or club equipment. It would also be ideal as a fast fisher with plenty of room for fishing equipment and several adults. This

Zodiac is by far
the largest inflatable boat company, a generic term in most parts of the world
and have been going strong for over 100 years. The Pro 9 is one of the most highly
regarded ribs available, these boats were designed to be tougher than the rest
and withstand Zodiac’s rigorous safety tests and to have a higher level of
quality. The hull section is fantastically
strong with no weak points around the transom typical of some ribs due to large
longitudinal supports, a thick grp double skin and five chamber half meter
diameter tubes made of thick Duotex fabric make this boat a very capable boat
for almost any conditions. This package new would be expensive, over £18k with trailer, so get a great deal on a superb second-hand RIB.

With a maximum of
9 passengers the Pro 500 has a payload rating of over a tonne (1060kg)

This rib is fitted
with a practical steering console with additional large bow locker. The hull has
not been antifouled just polished and is in very good condition.

It is perfectly
set up with a 50 hp EFI fuel injected Suzuki power trim and tilt electric start
four stroke outboard that has recently been serviced. The 50hp engine is very
powerful on this rib and it flies along although the rib is rated up to 70hp. The
boat is fast and accelerates impressively and is practical and capable of pulling a mono skier,
wakeboarder or inflatables. It will go for most of the day with its 25 litre tank under the helm.

This is probably
the most ideal size of RIB for sport and family fun as it is easily manageable
single handed, cheap to run, a fantastic sea boat that gives you a really safe
feeling with young family and this size is about the biggest that will go into
most garages. Any bigger and it would need to be on a fully braked trailer that
adds a lot of maintenance costs and expense.

4.7 Meter purchased
11 June 2008 in very good condition with a polished hull no antifoul, there are
a few light marks here and there, the interior is very good with cushions deck and
stainless steel all in excellent condition there is one small professional
patch which has been on for some years, it doesn’t leak and never has leaked and
the tubes stay rock hard. Category C rated. 

Category C
definition – Inshore: Designed for voyages in coastal waters, large bays,
estuaries, lakes and rivers where conditions up to, and including, wind force 6
and significant wave heights up to, and including, 2m may be experienced

The outboard is a
real gem and starts first flick of the key and runs so quietly. Plenty of power
for this rib and for watersports, a 2008 fuel injected four stroke. Comes with an
outboard transom lock which is essential for insurance purposes.

Trailer

A 2008 Rapide swing beam 750kg, Multi Roller. I
have recently towed this 250 miles and it towed perfectly, we have however put
brand new wheels on for peace of mind. The roller trailer is very well
engineered and makes launching and recovering single handedly very straightforward
thanks to the rear swing beam. The RIB will be strapped down ready to go, you will
just need a number plate.

This is a light 750kg un-braked package but if you are concerned
