This rib is perfectly set up, It has a powerful but economical top of the range fuel injected four stroke 60hp Honda 60LRTU engine this is the Power Thrust model with a larger underwater unit than the standard 60hp and the same as on it’s bigger sister the 90hp Honda with the same propeller which on this 5 metre lightweight rib is not only very quick but it’s high performance is ideal for all types of watersports including mono skiing with the family on board. It also has a large amount of deck space and really well thought out storage, particularly the bow lockers which have a large anchor locker with plenty of space and directly behind, a huge separate locker for life jackets and gear for the day, this also makes a large comfortable bow seat. The folding A frame is excellent quality, ideal for storage in the garage and also when using the all over cover. It takes just one minute to unscrew the lock nuts and pivot the frame forward.
Brig ribs are very highly regarded, these boats were designed to be tough and withstand Brig’s rigorous safety tests. The hull section is fantastically strong with a thick grp double skin and five chamber half meter diameter tubes making this boat a very capable boat for almost any conditions. This is probably the most ideal size of RIB for sport and family fun as it is easily manageable single handed, cheap to run and a fantastic sea boat that gives you a really safe feeling with young family.

A Honda top spec 2012 60LRTU Electric start power trim long shaft 60hp EFI fuel injected four stroke outboard in excellent mechanical and cosmetic order. We have just had it serviced, a full major Honda dealership service at Rob Perry Marine in January 2025 which included a new high pressure fuel pump (£500) a new cam belt and pulley for peace of mind as well as the full service kit and we have the receipt for £1500. It’s faultless, runs perfectly and is in excellent cosmetic condition. One of the most sought after outboards on the market, this outboard new is over £9700 RRP see link below. This is a very quick boat with ample power for monoskiing with a family onboard or to plane comfortably with one or two families and all the gear for the day.
