The RIB is an 8.5 mtr Protector full hard top cabin rib with 2 berths & 1 sea toilet with Hypalon tubes (with full safety lines) is an excellent safe and dry all weather, go anywhere, ocean going RIB.  She is registered with a Part 3 SSR number, a MMSI number and
is registered with Ofcom for her ship radio licence.   

Constructed from off-white moulded GRP hull which can be
classified as medium deep V hull form.  Hull
was built in 2005 / 2006.

Serviced annually – last service Oct / Nov 2020.  Mid October 2020 she was fitted with 2 new
Aftermarket power trims (12-month warranty); lower power trim brushes x 4;
power trim fluid x 2; saddle bracket anodes x 2; removed, cleaned and replaced
injector filters; new fuel filter seals and filter kit x 8.  Recent full interior & exterior valet.Described in her independent insurance valuation report as: “This 8.5mtr Protector Rib is probably one of the best examples of this class and type we have seen in recent times”.Engines:

A pair of Yamahas 150hp four stroke engines, with contra
rotating propellers

Engine hours registered on 12th October 2020 by engineer LM Marine were:

 History:

She was built as a chase boat for the America’s Cup in Valencia
in 2007.  After that she was stored out of the water in a warehouse for 2
years in Valencia, and then in 2009 / 2010 LOCOG (London Olympics) bought her
and shipped her to Weymouth in readiness for the 2012 Olympics where she was
used as an official race committee boat / broadcast camera boat.

Bought by current owner in 2012 from LOCOG and has been used as
a leisure boat ever since.  All purchase paperwork available.  Very reluctant sale.
