Hi, for auction is a Suzumar (Suzuki) DS265, CAT C, inflatable SIB. The sale includes a Yamaha 5hp 2 stroke outboard, fuel tank, transom wheels and carrying bag. I purchased the SIB from it’s original owner during a holiday in the lakes last year and had lot’s of fun with her on Derwent water. I haven’t used the boat since as I also have a RIB, which I have just sold as well.It’s a very good little boat, very stable and with a reliable outboard. The guy I purchased it from worked as a marine engineer on the Norfolk Broads, so I knew it was well looked after. The propeller had a few chips on it, so I have put a new genuine Honda prop on, which is unused.I drained the carb off over winter, put some fresh fuel in last week to test the engine and it started on the 2nd pull and is running well.It packs down well and easy to put in the boot of a car and easy to store away. The engine trolley seen in the image is not included. I have just purchased a new, much larger SIB & outboard as we have another edition to our family and need a bigger boat. The tubes hold air perfectly, as does the Air V floor. The boat has 5 chambers, therefore very safe indeed. It has a carry handle at the front for whilst moving it on the transom wheels. or as a tie/mooring line, which is also included.If your wanting a fun little boat for the summer or a stable fishing boat, the Suzumar would serve you well.The boat and engine will be available for collection in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
