Sought after Tinker Rib complete with as new sailing kit which does not look like it has ever been used. it is sail/hull number 7362. This similar to the current F-rib 275 dinghy currently selling for £2195 WITHOUT the sailing kit. The varnished woodwork on the thwart, daggerboard and rudder is in excellent condition. I bought this boat about 10 years ago intending to use it as the tender on a Bluewater cruiser which I had intended to do up and sail round the World. Time and age have got in the way and the project never got completed so this boat has sat in my shed for the last 10 years unused. I left it pumped up overnight and there are no signs of leaks. There is an active Tinker Association and they race these inflatables. I would suggest that, subject to class rules, the blocks and lines be upgraded to make it easier to sail, as although adequate, more modern blocks and sheets would improve the handling no end. The sailing kit pack comprises the four piece mast, two piece boom and two sails. It also includes two two-piece oars that look like they have never been used, the rudder, centreboard and a repair kit and inflator pump and instruction booklet, all of which fit in a blue bag with two carrying straps. The dinghy has its own carrying bag and can be lifted and carried short distances by one person, and will fit in the back of a hatchback. I rigged the boat for the first time to take the photos and it took me 30 minutes which I am sure I could get down to half that now that I know the sequence.There is one well repaired patch on the bow section using the included repair material to match the colour (see photo) otherwise in very good conditionI also have for sale, an inflatable canopy from a Tinker Tramp which I was advised by Tinker, would fit this boat, to turn it into a life raft. this includes two large CO2 bottles and clamps to bolt then to the inside of the dinghy. Some form of tubing would be needed to distribute the gas to the canopy and three inflation points on the dinghy. I am selling that separately for £450. (see last photo)I can deliver the item in Sussex/Hampshire for £20 and by arrangement the boat could be collected from Dell Quay in Chichester harbour for free.
