The boat is in superb condition, with a virtually unmarked polished hull, immaculate tubes, one of the smartest used ribs on the market.
The superb fuel injected four stroke Mariner 60hp engine benefits from having a full engine service in October 24. The boat has been fully checked over, extras include quality Mariner flush mount morse controls, rev counter, Garmin depth sounder/fishfinder, battery isolator, 25 litre tank 110ah Leisure battery, 500GPH Rule bilge pump and brand new cover.
The fuel system has been drained and cleaned with new filters and the tank has fresh petrol ready to go.
The steering is precise and free and it accelerates smoothly and effortlessly and goes in and out of gear smoothly as you would expect for an engine in this condition.
Mariner 60hp Fuel injected four stroke outboard
It is perfectly set up with a 2007 60 hp EFI Electronic Fuel Injected power trim and tilt electric start four stroke outboard that is in superb condition. It is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic order and has always been well maintained, we have outboard service receipts and maintenance from the last couple of years from Pacer Marine in Hampshire Inc a receipt for new gearbox mounts and service in Aug 2022 for £1330.
It accelerates very smoothly and feels very stable at speed, on tick over you find yourself looking at the instruments to see if it is running as it is so quiet.
The 60hp outboard is powerful and practical and ideal for pulling a skier, wakeboarder or inflatables It is a practical size and has the advantage of not costing a small fortune each time you take it out. This is a pristine engine. It starts first flick of the key, always meticulously washed through with no corrosion
RIB
This 5M rib has a great layout with seating at the bow, seating in front of the helm and a large bench seat. The non slip deck is spacious and it is comfortable to walk around and is particularly safe for children, it’s rated for 8 passengers and therefore practical for two families out for the day. Valiant ribs are also used all over the world as rescue ribs and club safety boats and this one with this layout and outboard would be ideal as a club support boat/dive boat, fishing boat, work boat or sailing club committee boat as the front seat infront of the helm can be moved for watersports gear/dive equipment.
The rib has a large amount of room and storage, including a large locker under the bench seat. Storage unit under the helm and front seat which is also a cooler storage for food drinks or your catch of the day on ice.. There is also a large bow locker for anchor and warps.
The hull section is fantastically strong with a thick grp double skin and four chamber half meter diameter tubes making this boat a very capable boat for almost any conditions. This is probably the most ideal size of RIB for sport and family fun as it is easily manageable single handed, cheap to run, a fantastic sea boat that gives you a really safe feeling with young family.
