This is my 1990 Yamaha Marinejet 650T PWC Jetski.I bought this about 10 years ago from a marina on Lake Windermere with the plan on restoring it and I haven’t done a lot with it since, hence why it is now up for sale. The Windermere registration sticker shows it was last in the water in 1997. It was then laid up in the boat storage unit out the way until I bought her. She does need some work, hence why spares or repair.The hull, fiberglass, seat, stickers, jet drive, etc are in decent condition (for its age, it is 35 year old). I started to strip the engine on a sunny summer afternoon (with a beer) to see what the condition was like, hence why its partially striped. Basically it’s not seized but is very stiff. Not surprising considering how long its been stood. So it will need a rebuild, which is common/easier for a two stroke and may need refinishing rather then a re-bore. But I didn’t actually take the head off so I’m not sure. The jetski is complete apart from the following items. The CDI/ECU unit and the stop/start/kill cord switch. These were missing when I bought the jetski.Collection only from DE159SQ. There is NO trailer. So it would have to be taken away either on your own trailer or in a van. If wanted the current stand can be included. Please NO time wasters. Remember it cost me everytime to list it.
