Totally standard for reliability
Mechanically perfect just had £1100service bill i have owned this jetski for the last 3 years i bought it with 62 hours on it and other than 3 trips out on the sea last summer it has been used on a freshwater lake since i bought it. Most of the time it has been used with my kids on it so not had a very hard life.
Always started in at least 3 foot of water an always switched off before getting to shallow water. (when prop and wear ring were checked the garage said they had never seen one so clean and unmarked on that age of ski
always flushed and washed properly and kept in a warm garage all year. i had an issue last year where one of the engine mounts broke and caused damaged to the pump shaft where engine went out of alignment i had it repaired and as it was in the garage i had lots of other work carried out at the same time at a cost of £1100 (receipt to prove.
Had 3 new engine mounts,
new carbon seal
new input shaft, had the wear ring and prop checked (all in perfect unmarked condition) also input shaft properly aligned
super charger refreshed due at 100 hours but decided to get it done early while it was in (upgraded 200 hour kit fitted)
intercooler removed and checked,
new plugs
oil change
I had all this done to make it reliable for this season as i was planning to keep it but have just bought an rxt300it has also just had a new AGM battery last week.
also had new gas strut on front storage compartment.
Main key and learned key Roller trailer which has 2 new wheel bearings september last year . This ski has been grest and the new owner can buy with confidence that this is a ready to go ski with all the known issue like engine mounts, super charger and intercooler issues already just dealt with.
The only thing i would say its could do with if i was being really picky its that there are a copy of small nicks in rubber bumper trim one was there when i bought it and the other partner managed to do trying to park up on the jetty at the lakeNot in a rush to sell as have already bought a new ski and my friend is using this until it sells, no silly offers, yes jetski are crazy prices right now due to covid but so was the one I have just bought so al relative. If you don’t want one now buy next winter and they will be cheaper. Won’t entertain time wasters and silly offers I don’t need to sell it
