All welding both above and below the water lines have been Non-Destructive Tested (NDT) Fuel sell has been opened, inspected, cleaned and pressure tested. Water storage tank and sewage tank have been installed. The boat has been fully sandblasted and dry stored. All windows and roof holes have been removed and replayed. All timber frame removed and new framing replaced throughout using chunky 70mm wide timber, making it easy/stronger for fitting out walls/ceiling. Old ballast removed and replace with 6-10mm crushed glass, which is both non porous and easily removed without ripping up the flooring. The floor has been insulated with TLX Sikver Multifoil insulation in between ballast and moisture resistant 22mm chipboard flooring. Two part epoxy primed.New engine not installed but will be mounted and started prior to the sale of the boat.The engine (Lister Petter LPW2 and gearbox) are old but unused which had had a new complete gasgit set. Repainted and polished. Original propeller and new weed hatch.I have a brand new in packaging Saniflo Sanicompact back to wall toilet with built in macerator, this toilet flushes with 4 litres of water.
