This well maintained narrowboat was built by J. L. Pinder and Sons at Tardebigge in 2004. It’s accommodation comprises a fixed double bed in the stern cabin, which also incorporates a full length wardrobe, a deep drawer beneath the bed a wall mounted cupboard above the bed and an airing cupboard.The two armchairs in the front saloon can be converted into single beds to accommodate visitors. The saloon also accommodates a dining table, chairs and storage in 2 x corner cupboards and beneath the front access steps.The boat can be heated by: Webasto Central Heating; Wood / Solid fuel burning stove. In the galley there is: a sink with hot and cold water, a Cooker with 4 burners, grill and oven all powered by LPG bottles housed in the front locker; 12V fridge; One tall storage cupboard, four under counter cupboards, plate rack and shelving, plus 2 wall mounted cupboards and 2 drawers. Kitchen equipment will be included in the sale. Anything additional seen in the photos is negotiable. Hot water is provided via a calorifier, heated by the Central Heating, Engine or Immersion Heater; 240v Washing Machine; 240v Tumble Drier. The bathroom is amidships and features a macerator based pump out toilet, a shower cubicle and wash basin with towel cupboard beneath and further wall mounted storage.. At the stern, the boat is powered by a Barrus-Shire 45Hp diesel engine via a PRM150 gearbox. The electrical system features 3 x 110aH domestic batteries, 2 x solar panels to keep them topped up and a shoreline connection. The first alternator charges the starter battery, a second charges the domestic batteries and a travel power alternator provides 240V when required. An Inverter is also provided allowing the batteries to supply 240V from the domestic batteries when needed.Under the removable front cratch cover there are two further storage bins beneath bench seats housing the anchor and various equipment for navigation (fenders, ropes, windlasses etc).
