Reluctant sale of my live-aboard narrowboat home as I join the Royal Navy…
She has provided me an amazing time both marina moored then continuously cruised through England’s Northern canals.
Always one to catch the eye of fellow boaters, I will be sad to see her go but know she’ll be a great home or leisure cruiser for someone else!
THE TECHY BITS:
Irish Mist is a steel-hulled 23ft 1990 Springer RiverBug.
2 Berth – seating can fold into double or sofa seat can be rolled out for a single bed also. Collapsible table. Starter Battery powered LED lights throughout. Leisure Battery with Solar Charger for electric use. Calor Gas powered stove. Good size water tank with pump in perfect order. Adventuridge PortaPotti. Crivit cool/warm box. Portable Generator can be thrown in too if needed.
She had a Boat Safety Certicate inspection this year which runs until 12/7/25. Powered by a 15hp Tohatsu outboard engine she really is fun to cruise!
