Built in 20007 this 24ft narrow Boat was the first of her kind made by the Little Boat Co and was originally used as their demonstrator. Powered by a 20 Hp Honda engine which has recently been serviced. Demi was out of the water in 2023 and reblacked and new anodes fitted. The top of the boat was painted at the same time. Measuring 24ft long with a beam of 6ft 10in and internal head height of 6ft 3″. Demi has a shower room, wood burning stove, gas water heater, full gallery, and seating that turns into a double bed. A solar panel has been fitted recently and new batteries in 2022. There is also a new boat safety certificate.The only negative is that the water tank had a leak last year and requires replacement. This could easily be fixed by installing a flexible water tank costing £70. This is reflected in the price. These boats sell for between 20K and 25K so it is priced to sell at £15000 o.n.o.
