Tuscany Owl is a cosy 27ft cruiser style narrow boat with 2+2 berth. Walking through the boat from stern you will find a nice spacious cruiser deck into the boat down a few steps you will find the shower room with sink and porta potty. The galley runs one side of the boat containing sink and hob and fridge with some seating the opposite that can be turned into a bed. The living area contains more seating and solid fuel stove at the front of the boat along with more seating that can be turned into a double bed.The engine was newly fitted in 2012. The hot water is from a colorifire.
Tuscany Owl can be viewed 6 days a week between 9.30am – 5pm Mon-Sat at : North Kilworth Wharf, Station Road, North Kilworth, Lutterworth, Leics., LE17 6JB for viewings outside of these times please phone 01858 881723
A non refundable deposit of 10% will be taken to secure the vessel this will be taken off the agreed purchase price. Payment for this vessel can be made by Cheque (please note ownership does not change until cheque funds are cleared, Debit or credit card (credit card will have a 2.5% charge)
