Lister diesel engine, serviced in February 24.Two burner hob. oven and grill. Wood burning stove. Three way fridge included but not fitted.Thetford cassette toilet, new shower, gas instantaneous water heater.Co2 alarm and Smoke alarm fitted.NOW why is it a project? Although the paintwork is in primer finish it would have been valued at £15,000. HOWEVER having been surveyed it is found to be needing about £6,000 of work to the hull.
