Selling my lovely 30ft houseboat,has been my home for the past 2 years! It needs a bit of DIY,(will list below) Perfectly liveable as is though! 30ft narrowboat complete with 4 berths, gas hob & oven, wet room, coal burner, large solar panel and reconditioned Yanmar use-12 inboard engine.The front gallery has 2 berths and is a large living space with sink, oven and storage areas under seating. The double bedroom area is complete with shower room w/ cassette toilet & coal burning stove for the winter months.The bed can be single or fold into double bed with storage underneath. The back deck has outdoor space with two seats.Recently taken out of the water for antifouling. Yanmar yse-12 engine completely re-built. Has been used as a live-aboard by myself for the past 2 years and is ready to live on. Great introductory boat to be able to live affordably in London, often in central locations. Length: 30ft (9.76m), Beam: 6ft 10” (2.08m), type: centre cockpit cruiser, berths: 4 (double & 2 singles), gas hob & oven, gas boiler, wet room w/ cassette toilet (hot & cold shower), coal burner, large solar panel, 2x 100-litre water tanks, inboard Yanmar yse-12 diesel engine, centre cockpit steering with adjustable roof.DIY: (see pictures) -small area needs new floorboards, -need to replace some wood under window frame -switch for taps/shower sometimes gets stuck,so would need to replace switch -new electric bilge pump,(I currently use a manual one) -might have to replace the skirt around flume for wood burner Any questions please feel free to message me!
