Due to a new job and work location I have taken the decision to sell my narrowboat. It is an all metal boat which I bought as a “sail away” empty except the engine. I have welded plates where required above the gunnel line and fitted it out over several years but there is some work to complete hence the bargain price. The bathroom requires fitting but there are most parts (shower tray, sink and loo in there). There is a professional solar inverter setup with a panel fitted to the roof. This provides battery charging and 12vdc and 240ac management. Comes complete with kitchen and almost new sofa bed (L shape). There is an unused gas boiler to heat water on demand. There is a potable water pump and pipework installed. Wiring around narrowboat under panels is fitted. There is a current BSS cert. There is a fantastic diesel generator onboard worth a lot of money which I’d be happy to work into a deal (6KVA).The narrowboat is due blacking and anodes. Exterior needs a paint but its only cosmetic.This is a project to finish and put your own stamp on it, however I have reflected that in the price.
