We are selling our 35ft narrow boat built by Nubury Boat Company in 1978.She is equipped with 2 brand new Trojan 150ah leisure batteries and one Yuasa starter batterie. At the same time there was installed a new Jabasco fresh water pump with filter and the engine was serviced and a new starter motor was fitted. There is a 250w solar panel with a Tracer mppt controller which can run all the electric without running the engine.We made a hull survey in may 2017 and most of the recommended job was carried out. (front was overplated.) At the same time we did a 3 layers blackening.Previous hull survey from 2015 also available to view. Hot water is provided by a gas boiler for instant hot water. In the kitchen there are a good size worktop with plenty of storage and a 4 hob gas cooker with oven and grill and a fridge freezer. Heating is provided by a Boatman multi fuel stove.All interior is made of antic oak, plenty of storages and shelves, double wardrobe and a double bed with storage underneath that converts into a sofa.There is a small bathroom with shower and Nature’s Haed composting toilet.A good size narrow boat for London’s busy canals and rivers
