HiFor sale is my lovely 36ft Narrowboat. I have owned her for 12 years. I had a survey when I bought her and all work was carried out. She has been blacked regularly since. However, she will need blacking this year. She has a Ducati engine. She was built in 1977 and therefore, is full of character. Very cosy in the winter due to the Morso stove. There are a few things that I would like to clarify:The gearbox crunches sometimes when cruising. However, I have been to Bath and back to Birmingham and other trips out with no problems. The shower will need plumbing in. I use a shower pump which has been fine.The water heater needs a new ignition. This costs about £40.The 12v fuse light indicator stays on. This does not affect the electric workings in any way and could be replaced for about £30. I currently charge the starter battery from the leisure battery as the solar panel for this was taken by the storm. Ideally, a new solar panel would be ideal if you were to constantly cruise. This would be about £100. She is currently moored in central Birmingham, not far from Broad Street. Although, the mooring is not sold with this boat. Boat safety certificate until December 2022.
