With immediate links to Canary Wharf, Regents Canal, cycle super highway and Limehouse DLR, it is in a perfect location and is well supported by others in a similar position in the marina for a pied-a-terre. The marina offers a dedicated fibre broadband connection to each boat, whilst the marina is served well by good 4G and digital TV coverage.Limehouse marina is ideally located only a 5 minute walk from both the DLR and C2C stations giving access to Bank station within 10 minutes, Westfield shopping and the Olympic Park at Stratford within 20 mins, and Canary Wharf a 15 min walk. The marina is very sociable with both leisure and residential mooring berths, regular events whilst there are also a number of facilities, restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk.The leisure mooring is easily transferable with the boat sale for a fee of 5% sale price to BWML. Electricity (and fuel as required) and water are permanently available from a dedicated point, topped up via a web app, with coal and diesel deliveries frequently to the basin.
