37ft Springer narrow boat, called ‘whatever’ The boat is a creative adventure, Complete with Delorean doors, and fitted with mahogany side panels as well as aluminium covered ply to complete the top, the boat also comes complete with solid oak flooring in need of a light sanding and some varnish to make it pretty again. The boat is still in need of some tender love and care although complete with a battery bank, the boat will need to be wired in. There is a shower Base as pictured and also a gas water boiler and water tanks situated at the front of the boat, but they will will all need to be connected via the pump and pipping that I will leave on the boat, upon its sale. The boat has amazing light, by way of much of the boats roof is made of very strong double glazed glass, perfect for an artist who works from home. The boat also consists of a morso log burner, well used but warms up the boat very well and starts like a Dream, of course the boat has a kitchen sink which will also need connecting to the water system but as mentioned before you will have nearly everything you need to do that. Boat safety certificate valid until July this year so keep in mind. The boat is also complete with plumbed and working gas piping and appropriate shut off valves a working cooker and oven as well as a fridge awaiting a power supply The boat is moved by a very reliable and authentic Johnsons outboard engine complete with the appropriate controls but also very conveniently the boat can be driven from inside on the wet days as a result window Payne situated opposing the engine, showing you a clear view of the front of the boat and it’s surroundings. But if you would prefer to eventually you can choose to repair the diesel inboard engine, that is in need of some TLC of which I have not investigated further. As a whole there is not to much to do to make the boat liveable as mentioned you would only need to fit a basic electric switch board and purchase an inverter and connect the plumbing. An unfortunate sale as I completely love this boat, but a bigger project was brought to my attention and I just couldn’t let myself pass it up, so I need to lighten the load and find a like minded person to take on my project.
