Anya is a 38ft all-steel Cruiser Style Narrowboat built in 1991 by Springer. She is currently continuously cruised in London and fully equipped as a liveaboard. She is a perfect 1st boat and has served me well as a great introduction to narrowboating. She is a perfect size for moorings in London and would make a great home or holiday boat for an individual or couple. Including a large pump out toilet which I only need to pump out every 2 months.

Anya’s last survey was completed in 2017 and is available upon request. Showing good readings on the base plate and hull. I also took readings on the hull whilst out of the water in June 2021 and it showed minimal metal loss on hull since the past survey.
Anya is a standard reverse layout with the main entrance at rear going down into the kitchen, living space and bedroom/bathroom towards the bow.
Engine is a Thornycroft 80D which is a rebadged Mitsubishi Engine, it is extremely reliable and starts on the key from cold every time.
In the last year she has had the following work completed:
Fully re-blacked at Uxbridge Boat center in June 2021 as well as existing anodes checked and 2x new anodes fitted to bring the total anodes up to 6. (4 on bow and stern and 2 in the middle). See pictures.
New 300w high efficiency solar panel fitted on roof and MPPT solar charge controller.
Roof and cabin structure painted with Hempel Marine Gloss paint.
Thorny Croft 80D engine (Mitsubishi manufactured) oil and filters changed as well as general engine inspection.
Nearly new Waeco CoolMatic CR?65 12v fridge fitted (very high efficiency)
Stern deck replaced with Hexa-grip board
Gas locker holds 2 x 13kg gas bottles. Water tank approx. 120 gallons.
BSS certificate is valid until July 2024
Heating is provided via a Refleks 2000KV diesel stove which is fed directly from the engine diesel tank. These are FANTASTIC and provide huge amounts of heat with very little fuel consumption. No coal or logs and no mess. These cost $1500+ new.
All that is required is a firelighter and it can be left running 24/7 with variable temperature control and burns very clean. Minimal cleaning or maintenance required.

Electrics:
300w solar panel with MPPT charge controller, 3x 100AH deep-cycle marine batteries and 1x 80ah starter battery charged from engine or solar panel.
12v wiring throughout the boat including LED lights, multiple USB sockets and 12v cigarette sockets.
Shoreline plugin available and provides power via a 240v ring circuit with sockets found throughout the boat.
Water pump found under bed which built in filter.
Kitchen:
Paloma Gas Boiler providing hot water to Kitchen, Bathroom and Shower.
Flavel Vanessa combined oven, grill and hob.
Large stainless steel sink.
Good cupboard and storage space as well as a solid oak kitchen worksurface.
12v Waeco Fridge with freezer compartment (runs 24/7 on solar)
Bedroom/Living space/Bathroom:
Futon Sofa which folds out into single bed
Pump out toilet with small sink in bathroom
Shower room with Whale Gulper pump.
Double bed and chest of drawers + underbed storage.
Viewings are welcome and she will make a great home or holiday boat. She handles great as a single-hander due to size and v-shaped hull. She requires no urgent work and is well equipped to be used immediately.
