40 ft Sam Springer all steel narrowboat project , owned for 12 years. Has a leak, nothing that the bilge pump can’t deal with but the back bilge gets wet so requires attention. The boat has not been moved since the first lockdown, has a Lister SR2 engine that starts and runs, the bow and stern covers are tired. Internally there is a living area with a Villager Puffin Stove, a kitchen area with Smev 2 burner hob, a sink, and lpg oven. Small shower area with pork potti, 3/4 bed The boat is kitted out with 240v sockets and has a consumer unit but has never been connected up to shore power in my ownership, has galvanic isolator and and bubble gas tester, boat was blacked in 2018 with new anodes fitted. Solar Panel on roof charges 2 batteries. Currently moored on Leeds Liverpool at Burscough (mooring not included) ,boat safety certificate until 2022. First 10 photos taken yesterday ,last 2 when last out of water.
