A 42 feet narrow boat as seen.Built in 1975.Lister 2.0 engine.Stripped interiors.Three 12 volt leisure batteries,but two of them are weak.Fairly new wood burner.No electrics or gas.Has a watertank,which I haven’t used due to presuming it is too old to be used.Safety certificate until 2020.Canal&River Trust regular cruising licence until 06/2019.The boat insurance is about to run out.The bottom plate of the hull was totally replaced four years ago and is in solid and very good condition.Sideplates are only 3 mm thick in places,which means the boat won’t pass a hull survey until the plates have been welded again.The hull also needs blackening.The fibreglass roof needs workin g to fix few leaks.I have lived on the boat 24/7 since I bought it in November 2016 in Fazeley,near Birmingham.The boat is currently moored by towpath in Brentford,Greater London.The reasons why I am selling the boat are because I don’t have the finances to fix the hull and other personal changes in my life,which are prompting me to sell.
