All steel built in 1988 by Mike Heywood 10/6/4 steel fitted out by Steven Goldsborough partially stripped for re-arrangement refit.Survey from 3 yrs ago shows less than 2mm pitting at deepest point on bottom and less than 1mm deepest point on sides.Requires work complete repaint, back and side doors , rear hatch and decking boards all require replacing as wood is rotten.Some plumbing will need reconnecting as I was going to swap position of bathroom and kitchen it is still on the boat and push fit so easy to replace,water pump stll fitted.Stainless steel water tank. Boat safety certificate until 8 feb 2021 12v led lighting 240 power and breaker, landline socket 1 starter and 3 leisure batterys.Engine replaced last yr with a low hours 4cylinder Barrus Shire powerfull quiet and does,nt smoke receipts for this and electrical work available.Morso solid fuel fire, Alde boiler to radiators and hot water. Hot water also available from engine or 240 immersion.porti potty not included but a Mansfield traveller with porcelain toilet and large holding tank is. Skin fittings in place on boat.$ burner hob and 3 way fridge fitted.No leaks from windows or anywhere else solid well running boat that’s very tatty looking and requires work to owners taste but nothing major eveythings there. Currently moored on Ashby canal no offers accepted unless viewed.Relisted as deposit accepted but buyer unable to complete.
