45ft cruiser stern narrow boat 1994 builder was M&M all steel Hull sides and roof. I bought this as a project for me and my partner, unfortunately we’ve now split up. This is the only reason it’s up for sale.Blacked in August by the boat yard with 3 coats of international blacking, apparently its expensive. The boat yard checked the Hull for me and they said it was fine and didn’t need any work. 4 x new anodes was put on at the same time as the blacking.It has anti slip all steel roof. The gunels are also anti slip. It’s has a vetus engine that’s only got 6000 hours on. The engine works fine and goes forward and backwards. The boat steers left and right and handles really well. Inside I’ve replaced the ceiling as it had been leaking. New LED spotlights all the way through. New wiring in the ceiling New consumer fuse board New mushrooms Lpg cookerLpg water heater 12v fridge Log burner. It’s been re ropedPaint for the outside. It was expensive French grey. Pump out toilet ShowerCracht cover front Rear pram and frame that need patching up. I’ve re sealed some windows that was leaking and rivited the frames back in. Viewing welcome in Nottingham, private moorings are available with electric hook up. Strictly no time wasters boat was sold but the new buyer couldn’t get the funds. I’m open to sensible offers, not silly offers As you can see it is a project but it won’t take much work for someone that handy. There’s currently no BS, I don’t have any servays however the boat yard that did my blacking checked the Hull and assured me it didn’t need and more work except the blacking and anodes and I had that done. Majority of the parts are there it just needs someone with time on therehands I must stress only serious offers and not silly offers. Most genuine potential buyers will come and view.
