This is a 45 ft colcraft cruiser stern all steel narrow boat constructed in 1996 with full pram hood cover ; This is very useful for wet coats, drying washing in, or just another room to sit in. It would cost approximately £3000 to replace.Calcut marine 1.8 diesel engine with hydraulic gear box.2x AGM batteries plus starter battery.We have owned this boat for approximately 6 years. We striped out the interior to use it as a floating studio workshop and storage area. We fitted 2 x 250 litre water tanks with balance pipe.Fitted with new fire which has only been used a few times.2 front lockers with aluminium locker tops.Being a legendary quality colectaft, it has beautiful lines, swims and handles superbly. It looks tidy and presentable.A porta potty toilet and 2 x 80 watt solar panels are included, so with the addition of free standing furniture and some basic plumbing skills, it is easily feasible to be lived in. The panelling is still in place, so with a coat of paint could be made in to a home.The hull condition is unknown to us as we did not have it surveyed, but we have know the boat for 15 years before we bought it as it belonged to a very good friend of ours so we know that it was regularly blacked.Boat safety certificate valid to 16/08/202As a guide to costs , the current licence cost is £1049 per year , but can be paid monthly. The insurance cost is about £12 per month with the insurer we use.The boat has a lovely large side door with hatch.We are currently waiting for someone to fit a new alternator, which we are paying for. It has had a recent oil change, new filters and a new water pump fitted.Currently located on the Grand Union Leicester line in the kilworth area.Anybody wishing to have a hull survey done would be responsible for arranging and paying for it themselves. We estimate that this would cost approximately £700 – £1000 as a guide.This boat is priced to sell and we are firm with the price.
