With a great hull and engine, and all the home comforts you need to start your life on the waterways, you could be lighting the stove and falling asleep to the gentle sway this autumn.
This 45ft narrowboat was built by Liverpool Boats and we’re so happy with the hull, that should any welding recommendations come out of the survey, we’ll take care of them as part of the deal. We’ll even pay for the boat to be lifted for your surveyor.
On board you’ll find everything you need to live full-time, free from rent and in a space that is truly yours. She could definitely use some decorating to make her your own, but she’s a lovely, spacious and well thought out boat that you could take your time with. There’s a multi-fuel stove, solar, gas hob, pump out toilet, inverter, two TV’s, and lots more.
I can send you walkthrough video of the boat on Whatsapp. We are open for viewings Tuesday – Friday 9-5 and Saturdays from 9-3. No need to make an appointment, but it’s always a good idea to text me when you’re on your way to check if the boat is still available.
We can deliver anywhere in the UK (for a fee), the boat was blacked very recently, the BSS runs until 2027 and the canopy was installed in 2023. There is no mooring offered with this boat, although hard-standing may be available. We are at Hemel Marina, HP1 2RZ on the Grand Union, around 3 days cruise to Central London.
