Available for viewings for the next 2 weeks here.The hull is made of welded construction steel, fitted with a new 5mm base plate and over plated to a high standard. A composite wooden top, encapsulated with aluminium alloy flat plate completes the vessel, with a roof made from a composite construction of an frp and aluminium alloy waterproof sheathing over wooden tongue and groove frame and boards.The vessel is fitted with an integral welded steel weed hatch giving clear and adequate access to the propeller and stern gear. Closed by a steel lid, secured by nuts and bolts and sealed with a rubber gasket.The gas system is powered by two 13 kg Butane petroleum gas cylinders. Contained within the gas locker found at the stern.The vessel is fitted with a mild steel free standing water tank in the bow and powered by a 12 v DC pressure pump with excellent water pressure in both the sink and the shower.Entering through at the stern, there is an enclosed deck with a green vinyl cratch cover, over a wooden A frame, mounted on the forward bulkhead, with under the seat storage either side and the original fold away table which fits to the wall for indoor/outdoor living.The main saloon is a step down through a central door, fully lined throughout with painted plywood sole and tongue and groove pine throughout. The ceiling is vinyl covered through out with exposed beams.There is a solid fuel stove mounted on a stone hearth with a tile surround.The galley kitchen has solid wooden worktop with a stainless steel sink and drainer. An LPG fired Paloma water heater. A free standing New World high level grill, four burner hob and oven below and an Electrolux three way refrigerator.The companionway leads to the bathroom, with original 1970’s vinyl tiles decoration, LPG shower and Porta Potti cassette toilet.The After cabin has a fitted wardrobe and brand new LITVINOFF AND FAWCETT handmade wooden bed and bespoke mattress, with natural fillings from the maker. The engine room is accessed by an internal sliding door, containing the Lister engine, 240 v AC The vessel is powered by a Lister SR3 four stroke diesel engine that was serviced last year, which starts first time every time.The transmission is through a single lever morse wire controlled close coupled Lister hydro reduction gear box of 2:1 ratio.The engine is air cooled.The shaft coupling and bolts hammer are all in good condition, fitted with a plain coupling joint. The rubber gator and coupling bolts are in good order with no sign of chattering. Filters recently cleaned and in good condition.The stern gland is in good condition, no leakage, or salt encrustation on either the stern gland or its attachment bolts.The fuel tanks are free standing, welded, on each side of the engine room and link via a joining balance pipe across the aft engine.The vessel is fitted with a 500 lph 12 v DC bilge pump.The vessel is fitted with three 110 ah batteries (one of which had been isolated for the starter motor) and domestic leisure supply.
