47 foot narrowboat based on the Lancaster canal in a Marina ,Boat was built by Stenson Marine known for good quality boats in the year 2000 she has a BMC 1.8 diesel engine , has been refitted inside over the last few years with a full size bath ,hot water supplied by a new Paloma type heater supplying hot water on demand ,heats 11 litres a minute ,ample to do a bath ,working cooker and oven , it has a diesel heater ,so no wood to find or store ,easy clean and efficient heat , I specifically aimed to supply storage space at maximum so top lockers and small wardrobe in the bedroom ,pump out toilet ,anything you need to cruise the canal or river is on the boat T.V. included,D.V.D. included .all mooring pins etc etc , Just had a boat safety done and passed for another four years Not so good bits ,,,the outside of the boat needs painting [there is surface rust but thats all it is ] and it is just about time to come out of the water and be blacked ,a few bits inside need finishing ,she needs new batteries £180 and a coat of paint ,,I don’t have the time to do them now ,the price reflects this ,I have lived on this boat in comfort for eight years ,genuine reason for sale, ,pictures are limited due to not being able to go to the boat very often because of illness , the price allows for painting and a profit after that ,she was recently valued by an independent at £29500 after paint and currently insured for £42,000 replacement value ,,any serious enquires please phone .07749406107, On agreement of sale and payment I will refund the cost of the batteries ……………………………………………………..I would take p/x a sea going cruiser or motor home within e bay rules you buy mine I buy yours etc
